How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Registering for an event is not an automatic subscription to receive marketing from NWoCip, this is something that must be subscribed to separately. You will not be added to any mailing lists without express consent.

Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms that NWoCip participate on are custom to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with each social media platform respectively.

NWoCip will never ask for personal or sensitive information through social media platforms and encourage Users wishing to discuss sensitive details to contact them through primary communication channels such as by telephone or email.
NWoCip may use social sharing buttons which help share web content directly from web pages to the social media platform in question. Users are advised before using such social sharing buttons that they do so at their own discretion and note that the social media platform may track and save your request to share a web page respectively through your social media platform account.
